So I explain: I have a similar situation was on the laptop.
You have a basic frequency percent - 1.6, not 2.5. Consider the game is about one percent, and not 4. You know why. In conjunction with the antediluvian nvidia geforce 810m (2Gb) - this is very small. And on medium settings it is possible to forget. Especially if you are fashion, for example, on the weather.
If there would be a normal video card, would using the control panel nvidia drivers to do the following: see the picture. I was able to raise fps in 2 times on the computer.
