does not load map (Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos)

decided with each other via tungle to play war3,downloaded the map and 8mb unlocker(because map weighs 80mb) and a friend comes to me in the lobby,he once wrote that it downloaded 4% and does not change no matter how much time has passed(although the card he has) and I can't run if you remove the map and try to swing through the lobby shakes up to 100%,then drops to 0% and again shakes to 40% and hangs at 40%,who knows what's going on?(before that I played in Garena this map and all the rules were,but as I understand Garen+ covered and there is no more Warcraft to play)
