Chapter 11. Talking with the owner's teenage daughter. Crashes after navigating to the location. (Final Fantasy 13)

In Chapter 11 after moving to another location crashes. Maybe there is some way? Tried in a window, resolution change, the work put, the English text is also tried.

Just switched Rusik or removed completely? The game took place more than once and nothing happened.

Strangely, I have the rules.
If You game, check the cache, go to the following Locke, save and set Rusik again.
If pirate, then delete the game, delete all the superfluous files in the folder except for the saves, if they are set again.

The game license from Steam, top mounted Rusik and trainer.
The entire game passed without problems.

Game pirates.
Decided to reinstall the Repack. Pulled the saves, reinstalled, put back the saves, now the game those saves did not see.
