Reset skills 1.14 d (Diablo 2)

Why is that Akara does not reset the skills after passing the cave , a bug, or a new patch ?

Why? Because zip if to swing, it is much easier to pass normally. With 6 LVL skill demany opens, then on the 18th demany and messily, and about 30th LVL and fury, I generally keep quiet.
