The percents does not pull, needs at least a intel core 2 quad q8300 overclocked to 3 - 3.5 GHz.

This is definitely the processor,the game is quite demanding on the CPU,in your case just buying a new stone will solve your problem.

your processor stops the rest of your system. no matter how much RAM you have or none, percents weak and not pulling. better to have a powerful processor and everything else is weak rather than Vice versa
