Assistance to the disabled. Turbo. (DiRT Rally)

All kind time of day. Bought means device turbo. This is my first experience with the wheel, so I decided that is cheaper, if not go ride on the wheel. And then found the problem - steering for people with disabilities. No, seriously. The petals meet the same axes of the pedals ( gas, Tomos\reverse ). That begs the question, is it possible to detach the petals from the pedals ( the usual soft from the steering wheel tried , not helping ) ?
Maybe the old-timers of the forum have met with the problem.
Otherwise, it remains to tie the gearshift lever and the handbrake button, which is not kamilfo. Or Vice versa.
