The problem was resolved,we looked at the tape,it turns out these ice cubes can also be taken away.

I also ran around 1 to 3 hours... Then searched the forums on the subject, back in the game and accidentally got caught on the ice! I had tried replace, but I was in the phantom vision(and it absolutely won't latch)...
