How to increase FPS (Kingdom Come: Deliverance)

Looking for modifications to increase FPS in Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
Want to increase from 5 - 10 to 25 - 30.
I have a pirated version. So to set the amount of RAM the game like in Steam is not possible.
