As I raised the FPS in the game (Kingdom Come: Deliverance)

1) In the driver settings set the Vert. sync + triple buffering.
2) Create in the root of the game file user.cfg In file write: (my configuration is 3GB Vram and 16GB RAM)

3) In the launch options write:
+exec user.cfg-heapsize 2097152
4) If you did everything correctly, then after you start open the console, there will be introduced all the teams that were in user.cfg
5) to Set the graphics settings to the very beginning of the process. But I'm not sure. (What would the settings not copied user.cfg)

UPD.: increased density of particles, shaders and vegetation to highest the Difference in fps is not noticed.
