Kill all the aliens or just go in civilian circles? (XCOM 2)

with aliens you get experience and loot

You can kill all the aliens (and sort of need), as long as you want them to kill they will kill the civilian and the mission will fail, so we need to go in circles and aliens to kill.

In these missions there are always faceless.

Have not pereprohodil, but as far as I remember there in the corner of the counter and need to save or more than half, or there's somewhere written the minimum number of survivors.
If you kill all the aliens, all that the freed people will automatically be credited for saving (green).
At the Expo and loot only affect the success or failure of the operation.
