Drawdown fps in the game and friezes (Kingdom Come: Deliverance)
The game is impossible to play constant drawdown fps and freezes.-if you stand still and don't move it keeps 60 fps consistently
-put all settings on low still drawdown from 60 to 41
-Tried to register the command-line is still sagging and friezes.
Forgive help advice how to optimize the game.

BES As I remember Bloch max % load on the CPU,if it during drawdown does not slack percent and does not load CPU to 100% then he doesn't need one.

Check the bootability of the CPU during lose fps, do Windows, run Manager,and watch. If loads to 100% then try the program,but bear in mind,it will subtract the main fps.
From myself I will say that you are also experiencing the slump,at least percent is much higher.
