don't understand (Batman: Arkham City)

In General,the problem is this:I constantly hear the sound of connecting/disconnecting the device and at this point the game or is rolled in or is on pause. Occurs every 20-30 seconds,terribly enrages. Moreover, it is noticed not only in this game. Please tell me how to fix it.

Check the contacts in the system unit. Maybe they are not durable or some kind of contact delivered in such a way that you accidentally moving.
