Weak interference

On the monitor appeared a faint interference which is a bit annoying. Especially visible on a monochrome background (e.g. background PG). Note: the Image is served on Monique using video Converter DP-D-SUB.

Most likely business in it. Inside the settings control panel Invidia (If the clip from them) Display-Locked permissions, poke different modes in paragraph No. 3 Apply the following settings.
A lot of stocks climbs with cheap converters.
Try different resolutions with different frequency too.
