The problem with the graphics (True Crime: New York City)

here's a poser in the game. Decided few to play. In childhood played. it was all good. played on the PC as it is now. I give you 2 pictures of my PC problems.
as gauvreau does not match is silly. on this PC-hero works GTA 5(thank optimization) about other firsts I do not know,do not play. BF4 is.(although to play and failed IPZ-fucking for browser chooser)
I suppose 1 run even.
