Can't talk, only to Rob (Kingdom Come: Deliverance)

lost the ability to talk to npc, and can only Rob, apparently it happens after you move on the map.

There is,I generally happens after a map move (or when I quickly run into the settlements on a horse) but the NPCs are generally not available,walks like a texture,only helps to wait,or use the restart game, Waiting for patches.

I think I understand what it is, if it is possible only to Rob, then npc can't talk to, and to steal from any NPC you can once get the skill of pickpocketing, but I'm not sure at 100%

Of course, no skill is not all you can loot. This is not a bug.
