A bug with the ship (the quest of the spear the Serpent Serapis ) on steam version of the game (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

Actually that's the problem, can't run this kV for the ship bagnuty and it is impossible to climb, despite the fact that this is off the version of the game on the PC. Is there a treatment for this incident?
