Crashes after the button \"Continue\". (Forza Horizon 3)

Crashes the game after clicking Proceed, loads a couple of seconds and departure. This is a problem for users of Insider Preview. To update Windows number 16232 there were no departures. On the official forum many people with this problem. Reinstalling drivers and disabling the microphone does not help. If anyone solve the problem please write here.
