Departure to the desktop (Mortal Kombat 11)

Guys tell me what could be the problem. Play мк11 steam, pass the tower, the crypt etc randomly crashes on desktop. Can through any time, just close and all. Windows 10, all new wood. Ran the same with DX11-DX12, and here and there also. Checked the file integrity through steam. In short do not helps(((

Noticed such a problem at home. I think this is due to the server crash because of multiple flights like the flight before which was written the server is not available ( something like that). when I played in the tower. The message was exactly, but the departure was after him or not I do not remember exactly.
