Problem with textures (Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City)

Welcome players in GTA 4 and GTA EFLC.

Here's the thing - prior to these games the incentive I downloaded a pirate and went fully EFLC and 4-well only slightly. But with graphics, I had no such problems with stimovsky version (on screen view what's going on). Maybe again a case of my graphics card, but why did the pirates normally go?

Nobody faced such problem and knows what to do to resolve?

What kind of video card? - in the profile empty.

It so happens that the pirate folk artisans add fixes that did not make the developers license version.
...what to do to correct?...
