How to get the key (Ori and the Will of the Wisps)

Explain the pancreas how to get this key?
Jump on the flame fails. The light crashes into a wall and burns out, bounce don't make it.

Triple jump to help, or jump out of the water to the right Ctrl (if you have already got this ability)

Jump on the light you can. You just have to deny it just the way that it does not touch the ceiling. Better to do it with the platform below.
