Disable the lock in 60FPS [PC] (Heavy Rain: The Origami Killer)

— Remove the limitation of the frame rate (60 FPS) in the following way — in the game folder open the file user_setting.ini in it to do so:
VSync=0
VSyncInterval=0
To save changes to this settings file to put the attribute read Only.

So judging by the way off this plane, if you have Monique, 120 Hz and fps will be in the plane 120.
And Yes it is always possible via the driver to put the force fast vertical sync.

The problem is that the game is a lock at 30/60 fps and the vertical sync option in settings is not present.
But disabling a rifle through the config, and also removed the fps lock
