Fix to Intel SSE 4.2 (Doom Eternal)

Lay out the new fix.
The fix is to run the game on processors which do not support some instructions , in particular instructions SSE 4.2
This fix works on an executable file without DENOVO (. EXE file without Denovo)
Check what instructions your CPU supports, you can check program CUP Z.
