Lost keys executioner (Doom Eternal)

after finding the first key , the other disappeared from the map location they are just not in the place where they should be , what to do ?

the same trouble, all Packed up and the key where XS, the first time it kind of gave during the passage of the gate of the executioner, but I don't remember exactly

I litsuha the incentive and also the keys are gone, like yesterday and today are not present at any level and nothing helps.
