Around the screen flickering some red stains (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Around the screen flickering some red stains, fashion is not affected, restarting the game too, the start of a new same. There is only the active game, in the cut scenes there. Someone that was maybe how to fix it?

I see a few conflicting mods. Program Script merger used?

To no surprise, all rose without problems and errors.

Game fixes those swirls after I removed and returned the mods folder. Active preservation is not fixed.
