Is it possible to increase the radius host? (State of Decay 2)

Guys, only recently started playing, but encountered a couple of problems:

First: does Anyone know if you can increase the radius host? Play with friends and when they go far from me(Host) - then popping up a warning and the area, if it come then they will teleport to me. Very inconvenient, is there any way we can to config, etc to increase the area of this?

Second: Who have been playing, I need advice on how to balance the morale of the community? Depressions and threats of leaving the group tired.
My attempts:
- Made two Outpost for raising morale, helped but not much.
- Set the break room on the base where slightly but improves the morale of the feasts but not as effective as you need to have at least the spirit was Confident.
- To demolish Clusters for a very long time, they have me on the other end of the map in General, but for them not so much too increases the spirit.

Third: Advise that it is better to swing for combat skills? (Tried in Heavy weapons, definitely not mine and constantly reloading due to the weight of the Heavy axe. And now to skill this you need to reset 1500 on the book reset).
