Yes, and I skinte identity, not litsuha, not working, not pirates, well, pirates can benefit right now someone else's saved game to use ,and litsuha not playable yet
Game crash at 92% loading screen is caused by Infinite Extra Lives, new trainer version fixed this option but if you already experience this problem, you'll need to start a new save.
