High fps, but podlagivaet (Rocket League)

To start iron
nvidia gtx 1050 ti 4 gb
intel 2500 3.4 ghz
hdd at 7200 rpm(for Windows)
8gb operatives

Here's the problem: regardless of the settings there are nasty hang(especially on the wall and under strong acceleration), and in the air the feeling that the car is a little behind my taps, unbearable game, don't know how to solve it. Windows only reset, firewood new.

Solved the problem by removing the wood NVIDIA,pisexy,Microsoft visal C++. suggest to uninstall using uninstall tool.
and then put Suzie firewood and all became apprx.
