The task \"a New image of humanity\" (Fallout 4)

The problem is this,I have started a homework NIGHT,I talked to my Dad on the roof of the Institute and he said to come to the meeting,I came to the meeting room of the Directorate, he's sitting and the Director and the problem is that the Father starts to say that I did,I sat and Directors pressed,they all spoke only one sentence over and over again,like his Father,that is, that does not help,what to do?Please help to understand.

This is a bug,it happens in this quest.
Can through the console to complete the stage of the quest.
