Low resolution on windows 10

On an old computer with Windows 10 introduces the ability to replace the video card with a GTX 550ti to 750 (all-powerful). Replacement slelat, but there is a problem that can't display resolution is default 1024x768 and no option to replace permissions on any other (tried through control panel and using Nvidia settings). Latest driver for GTX 750 downloaded from the official website and installed it, but nothing has changed.

The monitor is also old Viewsonic VA2016w - max resolution of 1680x1050. I do not understand either the video card doesn't support intermediate resolutions between 1024x768 and 1924х1080 that does not support the monitor, and I can't find something suitable, whether the problem is somewhere else. The monitor has a VGA output, which is connected to the graphics card via adapter to DVI.

perhaps glyukanul driver, suggest that you completely remove zero install

Tried Windows 10 to return to its original state and install the latest drivers - does not help. GTX 750, in principle, supports resolutions up to 1680x1050, except for 1024x768?

Maximum VGA resolution
2048x1536 try not using the rollback and after uninstalling the drivers in control panel, and then with zero install

So the GTX 750, in principle, supports resolutions from 1024x768 to 1680x1050?

Had the same problem. Bought a new Assembly which found: Windows 10 GTX 1050Ті. The monitor remained old Samsung T200 (2008). When connected via the DVI-D input resolution is automatically determined:1024x768 (native 1680x1050, before it was connected via VGA) and any other settings are configured in Windows 10 nor the graphics card was not. Found out, in the settings of the graphics parameter screen resolution choose create a custom resolution menu sync change auto. any other that will allow you to set your resolution (in my case 1680x1050). Then in the top of the tab to create your custom resolution. I did. And so I read a shitload of forums and everywhere the same answers like dump the monitor, buy a new cord, reinstall Windows 10 firewood for the graphics card, all this crap clever.
