The game freezes on the menu! (Anno 1404)

Hello! Faced with the problem, the game freezes on the menu, literally in 10-15 seconds. The sound continues and the picture freezes. The problem is on license steam, as with the addition of the Venice and without it (Tried to download the pirates, the same nonsense).

GTX 970
16 RAM

I would be very grateful for solution to this incident (Although I'm not sure that here now someone is looking)

What Windows cost?
If 10 then maybe the problem is compatibility
Or in the drivers...
I also had - when the driver on the graphics card has been updated.
Or will work need to change, or roll back the graphics driver to the previous version if it was updated.

To sojaleniy bug "out of memory" so still not fixed( no matter you have 16 gigs, 32, 64, or even 128.
