Failure? GeForce 9600 GT (problem with the graphics card)

All kind time of day. Kicked with the same problem: none accepts no activities in the PC. It was so: just two weeks ago I began to observe this behavior in games (drawdown fps), copied all long PC. A week ago my three Windows in La2 began to do something not normal. Hard drawdown in fps, the Windows were loose when moving, and indeed, sometimes off crits in this connection had to reenter Windows. Recently changed thermal paste (first on the CPU, because they do not know how to disassemble none today and none), cleaned the system unit from a dust (was I say not many). But the process performance was close to zero. Now I lag Leanage2 on MINIMAL (La2 blah), in the location with the least number of ohms of NPS. Started using Google. Tried to check vidyuhi on temperature, not luck, the degrees range from 40-42 and then nowhere. She vidyuhi works visually (coolers out there, all tick-tock). Try to put on another PC, again in GPU-z zero response, none to be seen, but it's like it didn't. I have no idea what happened, but there are suspicions that flew. What would you recommend?
