Empire Earth network. How to join by IP??? (Empire Earth)

Help plizzz!!!!
I downloaded Hamachi to play on the network, created a network, I entered, but when I create a game, to me, no one can join...tell me what to do?
And IP how to join? What IP to enter?

Try to disable Windows Firewall and it should work.
