PC does not see the RAM after getting and re-installing

I had it:4 slats Pitch saw only three.It was on the old Pitch,platform AM2+.I bought 4 x 2GB strap,not enough Witcher 3 four laths on 1Gb.Random figured the marriage,nothing is clean,just insert one at a time.Drove to the store,one set was replaced (took two sets of two straps).
I cleaned the contacts and the RAM and motherboard. all the workers die and the nest on the mother too.checked each one in each slot in turn.

The RAM you have runs at a minimum 666Мгц 1:5. Even energosberegenie memory is cut in half, but not on low.

Launch the BIOS and see what memory frequency there. Ate there all the rules, then reinstall Windows. If there are no rules, then take down everything and reset to zero BIOS.

Pull the battery for 12 hours, itself reset. Can a new version of the BIOS to supply, although if the dual BIOS is not the fact that will help.
