Question for Year 3 Pass. (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

I have purchased the standard edition in Uplai, stim has nothing to do. If I buy a 3 Year Pass to the incentive, then will I be able to save your progress with uplay?

You will not be able to buy DLS the incentive unless you have the base game
