Where to change the resolution in the game ? (Gears 5)

In General digging and have not found how to change the screen resolution...Is to change to windowed mode and change resolution to full screen not found . I'm blind or really not ?

look into the video, my settings, everything is there, but in full screen mode, most likely it really is tied to the desktop resolution
