Error in installation Steam

The problem is this: in Steam library, Skyrim appears unidentified. Although in the folder all the game files on the spot. When you run the launcher steam offers to install the game. Using the skse loader the game starts but still it does not brightens up the situation. Is there any way to solve this problem, someone faced? Screenshots attached.
