Lag interface on Windows 10

Yesterday after the update is installed: January 31, 2018—KB4058258 (OS Build 16299.214) started to lag interface, do not pass animation, Trey is drawn immediately, but only change permissions on any other but then again maybe it was the recommended one so how to solve?
