I bought the game it is in English (Elex)

pereprobyval all the options and in Notepad change Russian to English or whatever so who knows how to solve the problem please help

Open the file ConfigDefault.xml located in \ELEX\data\ini in any text editor, Notepad or notepad ++. At the bottom find the line language selection (should be about line 247). VoiceLanguage Language=English SubtitleLanguage=English change English at English. Close the file saving changes. Start the game.
Which version of the game? GOG or Steam? If steam, try in the incentive in the future to change the language. About GOG I do not know.
