Strange stripes on the car (Need for Speed Payback)

Stripes on the car.maybe someone knows how to remove it?settings tried everything
wert.sync is enabled,cache is cleaned
when the shift is 4096 by 2160 stripes disappear

and put less and the picture becomes worse

the problem with nfs persists after changing hdmi to hdmi which supports 4K up to 18 Gbps
