So this is random,beat legendary foes may fall,can use Injectable carbine with a syringe Larva Duta on any enemies,then they are likely to hatch legendary duty,so you can very quickly farm legendary,and of course you should do it in survival mode then the chance is big,you can still use the save,load,find the bed next to enemies,more a matter of technique and time,you can knock all you want.
