Building settlements \"Boston airport\" (Fallout 4)

Can't figure out how to build up the airport, it seems my imagination is down... was Looking for on YouTube, but there's basically some sort of unrealistic crap in the style of a flying thing or a huge tower of cement, and I want something more RP-esque, realistic, in the style of post - apocalyptically shopping village. Who does not scrap leave their screens or from the Internet. Any help would be appreciated)

Hey, how'd you even manage to build up?When I activate the workbench tab is missing FOOD! Ie water, waste, etc. crap is, and grub is missing!!!

The exact same crap, no food. I have lived there for 8 people(more specifically not colonize), but to eat do not ask, happiness at the level of 75-80 %. Probably eat around nearby BS )).
