How to reset skills? (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

May know who can somehow reset all the learned skills in Assassin's Creed Origins? Or remove only one putrid poison I'm still not in use, just annoying. When it comes to looting their corpses, it turns out that automatically uses this skill, the same button on the controller responds.
