When you run Win10 updated the labels on RAB.the table

Hello!! People.....direct have the whole Mat came forth and don't know how to treat the problem at Вин10х64.....updated the labels on RAB.the table at startup and then periodically during the works updated labels....turn white and become normal again........a lot of those versions went over and climbed the registry and clean.....NOTHING HELPS!!! Maybe someone else will throw you good advice. p.s startup is worth nothing.....but recently I got Satellite mail and Zahar games...like all cleaned up!

That in vain so far((( so I dance and white labels after download after about 15 seconds...Windows installed on the SSD, no errors via sfc/scannow and there is nothing in the event viewer logs(for errors only refer to Cortana....which I removed)
