Reset the location of the speakers to Windows 10

Choose playback devices 7.1 surround sound, after restarting the computer reset to stereo.
Headset Genius Cavimanus HS-G700V
Driver RHDA have already re-installed and rolled back
does anyone know how to fix it ?
