The temperature during the game (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Friends,what the temperature should be CPU and a video card during the game?
I have i5 3450 a cooler on blowing)well and the case is not a game,the game comes to GPU to CPU 65 to 60 about this video card almost 100% loaded,while playing Witcher,is this normal?

Well,my 760 is heated to 78 at 100% load.Critical is 90-100 degrees...
