Problems with a seasonal pass (LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2)

I bought the Deluxe edition, but the extras included in the season pass are not set (although the Seasson pass shows that installed). If anyone has faced such problem please post how you solved it. Month in correspondence with customer support, so nothing helped.
