Problem with sound in cut-scenes in History (FIFA 18)

In History the cut-scenes intermittently lost sound and subtitles. That is, the sound disappears only dialogues (the characters mouth opens and sound and no subtitles), while background sound is. The cost of a license.
Encountered someone with this problem and is there to this decision?

sort of depends on the iron, they say lower the settings, dx from 12 to 11. Mostly likely due to RAM and slow HDD, like a little lag in the cutscene(after all, at the same time scenoy more subsequent location loaded), and all it instead just cuts off synchronous sound(supposedly easier to cut off than to treat)

I solved this problem by putting in the sound settings of the stereo. Personally, it helped me!

I also have the sound disappears. Re-installed direct from 9 to 11. I have fifaconfig.exe not working did everything but will not start. Got. Please help. All forums read nicho does not help
