The game, after the first passage. (Borderlands 3)

Have a few questions.
1)Tokens that are earned when passing. They later spent? It will be pumping all at once, or only for the one who passed?;
2) In the new game+, smash iridium can be immediately? Or again in the story? ;
3) the Car again to pump if new (or a New one.game+) pump?;
4) Will give the gun and the brand new Persian in the messages?;
5) If you go for one and start another. There will be some buns or with a clean slate?;
6) Artifacts - too soon will not allow to insert a new Persian or in new game+?.
