The problem with running Initialization error 4 (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

When you start popping up MSG ACOrigins.exe and then will not let me. How to solve the problem?

TTX PC Q8400 at 3.2 Hz rathany, GTX 650 Ti 2GB and the CPU 8 GB (the Syndicate on medium no problem was)

Set 10 Windows,downloaded all the update record window appears with"Syncing cloud storage, then it disappears and the button Play again active,so clicking it again will not start

Well I have Windows 8.1 and the update, I canceled, as was the game in Windows and it all came off. Try to reinstall the game or Windows, and turn off the updates. Think will help)
