Hangs after splash screen with the name of the game (The Sims 4)

Start the game, there is a splash there Maksis and all that, and then the splash screen with the game itself, where it says Sims 4, and then the game freezes, music plays but can't do anything. I tried to remove the downloaded materials certainly helped, but the game started to hang for no reason, no reason at all.
Played, turned off the game, then turn and now this
